I have e-filed my client Salary Return after due date, his employer has not shown 80c (lic) details in form no.16 so i have not claim it but after that i have claimed it in Revise Return, after 6 month i have called to CPC For Pending Refund but they said that i have to file Revise Return Manually in Local Juridiction,
please guide me what should i do?

Since the original return was filed after the due date, it is a belated return.
A belated return cannot be revised. That is why CPC has rejected your refund claim.
You can contact the jurisdictional ITO and request him to accept the return.
