I have query regarding Agm, the Date of Incorporation is 28/03/2011. The first Agm conducted for this p ltd company is on 29/07/2012. ACcounts for the period the of 28/03/2011 to 31/03/2011 has been considered in 1st Agm.I would like to know when the 2 agm is due.

As per my understanding the financial year of the company is decided on the first Board meeting of the company and it will be start from the date of registration of the company and up to 15 months.The subsequent financial year will start generally from April 01 to March 31.
In your case if you have finalise your first financial year from 28/03/2011 to 31/03/2011 then your first AGM should be in the Year of 2011.
Your Second financial year will start from 01.04.2011 to 31.03.2012 and second AGM will be hold upto 30.09.2012.
