How can i get the refund benefit of add duty of customs for the manufacturer Industrious.

08 June 2009 There is a defined procedure given in the notification itself. Just follow that procedure. You will need to give an application in the prescribed form, certificate from CA for deposit of VAT, BOE wise details details of quantity imported, all invoices, all VAT deposit challans etc. This is a lengthy procedure. I would suggest you to contact your CA for this purpose.
