11 May 2011 Return has been filed for FY 2009-2010. However refund has not grated because of wrong PAN. Can I submt revised return now ? Will it result in penalty for wrong PAN ? What if the return is 2 years old however other details are same

11 May 2011 You just need to file an application to the department for rectification of the mistake in the return. On this application, the department will rectify the defect and issue you refund.
