I filled return of an employee for FY 10-11 & FY 11-12 in July 2012 both the return having refund amount of Rs.27000/- & 28500 respectively.
Whether refund of FY 10-11 will be not setteled as delay in filling

Refund will be granted for both the years even though the return is a belated return.
