Sir,
My client got an assessment order from the commissioner (Appeals). But there is a mistake in it. So how can I file request to rectify the same.
Can I have an option to rectify the same?
If yes, what is the procedure?

The Commissioner (Appeals) can rectify mistake which has been brought to notice
by the Assessing Officer or by the appellant upon request.
