WHICH SECTION SHALL I SELECT RECTIFICATION IN ITR FORM?

Section 154 may be selected.

Rectification request can be made online under section 154 but in ITR there is no place to select 154. In case of submission of revised return you can select section 139(5) in ITR.

Procedure ,to begin with ,is Log in to e-filing application and go to -->my account --> 'rectification application' AND NOT SELECTING 154.

For rectification follow the instruction of Warrier Sir. IF you are filing revised return then select section 139(5). For rectification there is no option in ITR.
