CPC has not considered the 80C amount claimed in return. Now I have to file rectification.
There are one option to select while uploading the rectification -
Rectification request type -
1. taxpayer correcting the data in rectification.
2.No further data correction is reqired, Reprocess the case.
Which opition I should select in the above case, as there is no change in data from my end but I want cpc to consider 80C amount.
Please advise me.

I had asked same from the cpc helpline. They told me to select option 1.

It's 100% not mistake by you. So you select Option 2. If they said option 2 then CPC accepted their mistake in process so they said like that. So put option 2 only and don't worry this type of mistakes by CPC i saw nearly 10 and above and i filed rectification by selecting the option 2. So proceed that.
