Dear Sir,
My uncle have filled their (NRI)income tax return for assessment year 2011-12
at the time of return in 26as shows nil credit.
now bank have filled their revise return and in 26 as shows credit for the said year
is it necessary to file rectification application ?
if yes then can you guide me how to file ractification?

You can file for rectification, if online return then efiling site has got good material to help file the return.
If paper return, you can file it with Local AO
If paper return, you can file it with Local AO
