i want to ask why govt has exempt any income recd in india by a foreign co..in indian currency on account of sale of crude oil to any person in india????whts the logic ??
one more question
an amendment has been made in this section
to exempt income recd...in india in indian currency by a foreign co...on account of rendering of services ....
doesnt it violates our reverse charge mechanism....????

11 December 2013 cos already oil prices all over world is increasing at wildfire speed...so in order to motivate them and to import more oil by them this section is drafted in national interest.
