Received notice seeking penalty under section 272b

Dear Experts,
I have received notice from the Office of IT Officer under section 274 with 272B of IT act. Can you please confirm if I should be reporting to IT dept/officer 'in person' with the required docs(Org pan card and ACK forms).
In my IT return ACK form the PAN card no entered is correct but still I have received this notice. How can I prove my innocence here? Please help.

you must meet a assessing officer whose sign and name in the notice on the day they called you.
first known the fact and (if pan is correct in ack and in correct in return)
Then write a letter it is done with no malafide intention so remove penalty.
