08 February 2011 If company is not filing balance sheet and annual return since 1995 and status is shown as strike off on MCA portal . Can it active it and file balance sheet for last 15 years.

08 February 2011 If the status is shown as "strike off" then you cannot activate it by e-filing the balance sheet for 15 years.

You have to make a petition before the High Court for restoration.(Section 560(6)
