18 October 2012 What is the time limit within which a transfer deed should be presented with prescribed authority in case of a public, private and listed company ? What is procedure for revalidating a transer deed in case of a public, private and listed company?

18 October 2012 The transfer deed must be presented within 12 months in case of listed companies.

In case of other companies it must be presented within 2 months.
