What is the time limit within which a transfer deed should be presented with prescribed authority in case of a public, private and listed company ? What is procedure for revalidating a transer deed in case of a public, private and listed company?

The transfer deed must be presented within 12 months in case of listed companies.
In case of other companies it must be presented within 2 months.
In case of other companies it must be presented within 2 months.
