30 August 2012 I HAVE HEARD THAT THE EXPORTERS GET THE REBATE ON THEIR FOB VALUE @ 0.04% ON FOB VALUE...
THIS REBATE IS DEPOSITED INTO THE BANK ACCOUNT OF THE EXPORTERS(DIRECTLY,AS IN THE CASE OF DRAWBACK)...
IS THERE ANY NOTIFICATION RELATED TO THIS...IF YES , PLEASE TELL ME ABOUT THE PROCEDURE AND THE NOTIFICATION NO..
PLEASE GUIDE ME REGARDING THIS...
PLEASE GUIDE ASAP...I WILL BE GRATEFUL TO YOU FOR THIS...

30 August 2012 rebate is not 0.04% but 100% of duty paid at the time of clerance of goods from factory under rule 18,




put some information regarding your product to be exported, procedure maintained under excise and chapter heading, with export incentives to be claimed to discuss the issue further
