An auditor has resigned after signing the Balance Sheer for 2015-16. What is the further action btthe Auditor re: ROC formalities in this regard. Thanks a lot.

E Form ADT-3 is required to be filed pursuant to Section 140(2) of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rule 8 of the Companies (Audit and Auditors) Rules, 2014
