Dear Sir,

Place of supply in the case of transport charges RCM: Say for example goods are transported from Maharastra GTA (who do not have GST number in Telagana State) to Telangana state, now, in Telangana state, do i have to do RCM as CGST,SGST or IGST? kindly clarify
