17 October 2017 Yes...... As RCM on trasportation not yet suspended. You have to pay this for Sept & upcoming months also.

17 October 2017 for upcoming month also? ma'am can you more specific

17 October 2017 for upcoming month also? ma'am can you more specific?

17 October 2017 As per notification only RCM u/s 9(4) of CGST Act suspended not RCM u/s 9(3). RCM on transportation covered in Sec 9(3). So same to be paid further also

17 October 2017 thankyou so much ma'am

17 October 2017 ma'am can you provide list of exp of that?

18 October 2017 Sorry to say., @Mr Kailash Bhati., Please explain yourself "Transportation by road...? is GTA or other than GTA without CN / LR...?

18 October 2017 respect Raja sir, both

18 October 2017 If you trnasport without builty the no need to pay tax as same is exempted.... If you transport through builty then upto Rs 750/- it is exempted above it you have to pay tax under RCM.

18 October 2017 if transport without builty is

18 October 2017 if transport without builty is more than 10000/-?

18 October 2017 Transport without builty and without CN then it's fully exempted.... If it's GTA then RCM applicable Rs. 750 and above. Also small relaxation is less than 1500 with single consignment exempted. Otherwise it's taxable under RCM...

18 October 2017 can I call you Raja sir?

18 October 2017 You can ask your doubts here can I try to reply and more experts here also reply your query....

18 October 2017 sir I mean, what if I won't mention builty with bill and pay transportation charge as without builty even when I have builty?

19 October 2017 I dont think there may be any problem but you have to follow provisions & rules .

19 October 2017 this is the first thing comes in people's mind when we tell them that if you are paying freight with builty then you have to pay RCM or If you are paying without builty then you don't have to pay RCM, then they say,"hata do builty"

19 October 2017 Yes many peoples are not taking builty just due to this reason.....

19 October 2017 but ma'am, they have to pay RCM Because their daily expenses limit is exceeded if they pay 10000/- even without builty

19 October 2017 pay 10000/- transportation charges in cash without builty*

19 October 2017 Yes... Good question Mr. Kailash Bhati.,

Also we ll be keep/deal with logically....
If a transporter is local or nearly our place and he have just one or two vehicle they can't give bill or LR or CN.
But, Somebody or Big transporters are doing transporation is regular services to local or other city/state they are defenitely follow LR or Bill or CN...

So, we can find simply it nature...

19 October 2017 *but ma'am, they have to pay RCM Because their daily expenses limit is exceeded if they pay 10000/- even without builty

*pay 10000/- transportation charges in cash without builty*

Brother.,
Both question is same answer...
These are exempted.........

19 October 2017 In case your client is RD and he ll be a Nil rated goods Rs. 50000

Then the one day limit is exceed the ex. What is your exact solution for the Rs. 50000???

19 October 2017 I agree with you sir but sir I don't know how a transporter does business in your city or state but here where I am living you can find more than 1500 transporter and everyone has their builty book even a truck driver carry his own builty book, in my city who even doesn't own a single truck he call himself a transporter and all the transportation business is base on commission plus if you're paying freight via cheque you have to make cheque to the driver's name not the transporter

19 October 2017 Brother.,  Both question is same answer...  These are exempted.........  but how? they say you have to pay RCM if your daily exp is more than 5000? if you are dealing ib taxable good

19 October 2017 Here payment is not a matter...
From the way of Service only for the matter....

19 October 2017 according to me, if you're getting service by a transporter who is registered under GST we should pay RCM and if he is an Unregistered

19 October 2017 than we don't have to pay RCM even he provides us his builty

19 October 2017 because ab Unregistered transporter never gonna fill his builty books detail on Gst portal and if he's not giving information, government will never get to know

19 October 2017 please go to the link and you can get some clarity

19 October 2017 Yes Dear, You are exactly correct... But, Some times sorry many times we can't get exact clarity as per law and rule... We can get knowledge and experience from field work with experience candidates....

19 October 2017 But, Now the situation as under GST... No one can't have experience... I/You/Any other.....!! All are new in GST in India. So, we ll understand the law with some mistakes. No way for without mistake. But, in future we all are get expertise.... Am I right...?!

19 October 2017 yes sir, (: and happy Diwali Raja Sir And Rashmi Ma'am

19 October 2017 yes sir, most of the time you are right

19 October 2017 Thank you for the wishes Dear., Also Same to you Dear....
