location of GTA is delhi and he is unregistered under gst act.The recipient of good is located in punjab, location of supplier of goods is Gujarat.The recipient,punjab pays the freight.Is RCM applicable on Punjab party?What is the location of supplier for determination of place of supply?

Yes RCM applicable on Punjab party.
Place of supply will Punjab receipient place if he is registered under GST.

In this case if GTA is unregistered,then who will show the said supply in gstr1 ticking supply attract under reverse charge?Shall the regd.recipient issue self invoice and show in gstr1 or no need to show in gstr1 and the recipient only show it gstr3b and discharge tax liability accordingly?

Recipient only show it gstr3b and discharge tax liability accordingly and. Claim ITC in gstr 3b.
