Could you pls. clarify me GST applicability for below scenarios after 13th Oct RCM notification.

Transaction Service Receiver Service Provider Amount Applicability
Inter State Registered Registered 4000
Inter State Registered Registered 10000
Inter State Registered Unregistered 4000
Inter State Registered Unregistered 10000
Intra State Registered Registered 4000
Intra State Registered Registered 10000

01 November 2017 From 13th October RCM not applicable in all those cases. RCM applicable only on section 9(3) cases like GTA lawyer service etc.
