Sir,
We have purchased some Machinery from Germany based Company.
and made an agreement for next three year in which it is mentioned that we have to pay annually 5000 uro and company will provide service for AMC of Machine.

TDS needs to be deducted @ 10.5575% if PAN is there of foreign Company ,otherwise 20%.
