we are paying service tax of April 2015,

in July 2015. In this regard my question is

what is the rate of service tax whether

12.36% or 14%. You are requested to guide
me.

30 June 2015 Wat is the need of rate in this query?? U have to pay what u have collected at the time of billing, so if u have charges @12.36% then u have to pay the same amount. But interest will b charges for late payment.
