With whom to file R T I's 1st Appeal against ICAI as i have not yet received reply for my R T I application, demanding copies of my answer sheets.

File an Appeal to the Appellant Authority under RTI Act, at same place where you have filed RTI Application, also sand a copy of Appeal to CIC, August Kranti Bhawan, Bhikaji Kama Place, New Delhi-110066.
