x an individual filed it return for asstt yr 14-15 us 44AE possessing 1 truck declaring 1 lac income and some other sources income total 3 lac income. now a notice has been received declaring it defective return as the cpc say declare 5.40 lac for 10 no of vehicle ,,@ 54000 per vehicles. but we have only 1 truck and there is no space in return provided to put no of truck. kindly tell me how to rectify the problem.

If you use ITR 4S and go to 44AE schedule you can select No. of vehicle.
