Dear Sir/Madam
I want to know can Vat credit will be avialble when purchase made without issuing C Form and supplier has charged higer rate of VAT instead of CST rate

On interstate purchases vat credit will not be allowed........if the purchase made from same state dealer ......then vat input will be taken
