Hi, Only 26AS is enough for getting Nil tax withholding certificate form Income Tax Department

Dear Praveen,
I want to say that Form 26AS will be proof that your tax has not been deducted.
I don't think IT dept. is issuing such certificates (i.e. Nil tax withholding certificate)

Sorry, i'm paying the commission to Austrila. In that payment, i don't want to deduct TDS, Hence i want get Nil withholding TAX certificate
