Query regarding form-16

16 July 2013 one of my freind received form 16 from his employer. the amount shown in colum "Amount paid/ credited" is wrong.. as per form 16 amount is Rs.96000.00 only but actual is Rs. 360000.00. his TDS is Nil and form 16 is also shows 0 TDS, is it right or acceptable?

on more thing the form shows Rs. 96000.00 for Q3 and Q4 only but actualy he received Salary for 12 month.

16 July 2013 Tell your friend to ask his employer to furnish accurate particulars in form 16 and in case he has filed incorrect return then to revise the TDS return furnishing the accurate details.
