I have F.D of 5 years of Rs. 44000 taken on 18.02.2012 @9.25% maturity value Rs 69507 please tell me whether i should consider the interest income for FY 2011-2012 and if yes, what amount?

Yes you should consider the interest income for FY 2011-12. Ask the bank to provide you an interest certificate confirming the interest amount.
