Query for eligibility for nov 15 attempt

17 December 2013 Dear sir ,
I have started my article ship on 28 /03/2013 . Then , i took transfer after completing 4 months ( On 30/07/2013 ) & join another firm on 07/10/2013 . Could I eligible for Nov. 2015 attempt as i have started my article ship before 30/04/2013 ( Which was required to do so for Nov 15 attempt ) or not as i will not be able to complete 2.5 yr because of 2 months gap ??

17 December 2013 u need to complete 2years and 6 months of articleship on the date of filling exam form then only you are eligible for it.

17 December 2013 As per Regulation 50 of the CA Regulations, 1988, a student will be eligible to appear in Final Exam, after completing of 30 months (2 Years and 6 months) of article ship.

As per this, you will be eligible for May 2016 attempt.
