IS IT WORTH TO DO DISTANCE MBA WITH ICWA AFTER B.COM REGULAR FROM RECOGNIZED UNIVERSITY??IS THERE A NEED OF MBA WITH ICWA?...plz stggest me as quickly as possible...

Any additional qualification is always good. But it would be much beneficial if you can do CS with ICWA.

sir,i have eompleting cwa(inter),now i am prepairing cwa (final),sir, as per your suggestion i have registerd cs (executive)course,sir,piease suggest me which book benifical for me for company law & economic & commercial law apart from study mat.....sir your suggestion most important for me.......

Study Mat itself is very comprehensive. Follow study mat along with guideline answer issued by Institute. Also take help of Scanner.
