01 July 2010 This is a question just for knowledge.
So dont mind it.

All those persons who are listed in the Hall of Fame or those who are experts

IF they devote full time here solving queries or makinf 1000's of points,

then how do they get time for their regular tasks?

or do they give their EmailIDS to their assisstants for doing the job?

plaese dont mind the question and just answer it light heartedly.

Your question is a valid one. However I can tell you about myself. By the grace of God am working at a good level and I have a fantastic team to work with. I do not need to perform all the tasks at grass route level. Further queries here quite an easy one for an experienced person. It hardly takes 4-5 minutes to solve 2-3 queries.

It is not at all connected with earning of points. Everything is dependent on the helping nature of concerned person. You can gain true knowledge only when you are ready to share with others.

01 July 2010 IF YOU THOUGHT THAT ASSISSTANT CAN GIVE REPLY , THEN WHY THEY ARE ASSISSTANT TODAY ITSELF.
FOR REPLYING THE QUERRIES, THERE SHOULD BE WORK EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE OF SUBJECT.

THERE IS NO NEED TO DEVOTE FULL TIME IT. IT IS ALSO THE REGULAR TASK LIKE OTHERS.

THE PERSON THOSE ARE REPLYING HERE , ALL OF US ARE NOT FREE OF REPLYING IT. THEY ARE SHARING THIER KNOWLEDGE FROM THIER BUSY SCHEDULE.

SUCH TYPE OF QUESTION LIKE GETTING HIGH SALARY OR HOW THE OTHER PERSON WORK, IS WASTEFUL ACTIVITIES AND WASTAGE OF TIME.
