Your question is a valid one. However I can tell you about myself. By the grace of God am working at a good level and I have a fantastic team to work with. I do not need to perform all the tasks at grass route level. Further queries here quite an easy one for an experienced person. It hardly takes 4-5 minutes to solve 2-3 queries.
It is not at all connected with earning of points. Everything is dependent on the helping nature of concerned person. You can gain true knowledge only when you are ready to share with others.

IF YOU THOUGHT THAT ASSISSTANT CAN GIVE REPLY , THEN WHY THEY ARE ASSISSTANT TODAY ITSELF. FOR REPLYING THE QUERRIES, THERE SHOULD BE WORK EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE OF SUBJECT.
THERE IS NO NEED TO DEVOTE FULL TIME IT. IT IS ALSO THE REGULAR TASK LIKE OTHERS.
