What are the conditions for issue of form 12BA and what should done if there is not TDS deduected because of exemption of salary limit

Incase perquisites provided by employer to employee then form 12BA need to give

Form 12BA no where concern about employee comes under taxable or not. form 12BA which gives the details about the perquisite given by employer.
