I have two Pvt. Ltd. Company, when i have deposited the online 60,000/- tds amount then i put it the wrong TAN no by mistake. can i get back the refund of this tds amount if yes then how and what is the procedure for getting that refund please tell me as soon as possible

15 May 2011 This is a complex case as the amount has got credited in the TAN of that other company. For a way out you need to meet your TDS AO with relevant Challan and proofs to substantiate that it was mistakenly deposited by you. They will then direct you on the further procedures.
