I want to convert my proprietary firm in Pvt Ltd Company. How much fees would a CA charge generally to complete this work.

According to me fees charged by the CA depends on the specialty of service provided by him.
Supposed if you going to a well known CA, he will charge higher than other CA. That I mean the specialty of service.
