My compay is a proprietorship i have change the company Proprietorship to Pvt.Ltd please advise me the rules & regulation, taxes & other taxes pvt.ltd compay

15 March 2011 Just incorporate a pvt ltd co. The company will purchase the business of Proprietorship company and the proprietor will be allotted shares in pvt ltd co against the purchase consideration.
