Pursuing CA Course if a candidate is already a CS

Hi,
Can CS qualified guy pursue CA course. Is there any rule which prohibits him/her to study the course when already he/she is a qualified CS. And also can you please let me know for how many hours a day an article student can work if he/she qualifies IPCC.

There is no restriction on pursuing CA after having qualified CS. There is 45 hours/week articleship but generally it exceeds.
