Purchase tax for exporting materials

We ar buying gold from nominated agencies. under exim policy they have not charged any purchase tax for that. We are transfering the material to otherstate (kerala ) Special Echonomic Zone and manufacture gold into jewellery and export. Whether purchase from nominated agencies is exempted or not
