01 February 2012 we are UP (NOIDA) & issue Purchase order to UP(NOIDA) party & instruction given to supplier the goods is delivered to Orissa State. i ask to you that Supplier issue Purchase bill with VAT or CST.

09 February 2012 Since the material shall move directly from supplier to your customer who is situated outside the state.. CST shall be levied,, However should you take the deliver then the supplier shall charge VAT on you and you shall then be required to raise a cst invoice..
