Provisional Registration for Exam

Actually I have received a letter from the institute that i have been registered provisionally for the exam and I have to sign a form from my auditor that I am serving my last 12 month of articleship, which I was supposed to submit on 31st of May 2010.
As I was suffering from typhoird fever I was not able to go to office and I joined office on 22nd June 2010 and I have not yet submitted the form to the institute as my auditor is out of station for an audit.
My Query is that will there be any problem if submit it after 2 days, ofcourse I have a genuine reason for submitting it late even I have got the doctor's prescription.

Submit it as quick as possible.
As soon as it reaches the head Office (Exam Section)before publication of result, you are safe.
Make it fast and yes attach a condonation letter and get it signed from your principal for the delay in submission of Form.
