Provision for income tax return for the comapnies for the ye

I have the following querry.

A company was incorporated on 09/02/2012. Is the company required to prepare its balance sheet and file Income tax return for AY 2012-13. It does not have any income in that year.

06 August 2013 Even if no income the company has to file Income Tax Return for FY 2011-12 i.e., AY 2012-13.
