Hi,
My client is registered under work contractor in Service Tax. He also provide computer operator / labour to govt. deptt.
What is the treatment for providing labour to govt. in service tax.

Service tax applicable on man power supply to Govt. You have to claim and pay 14.5% service tax on the value of labour provided.

i am providing labor for exectuion of my contracted work, then it is charged under work contract or man power ???
