09 April 2016 Dear sir i have registered my company with PF Dept then what should i do to get employees number UAN. some employees are getting salary(basic +DA) over and above 15000.they don't want to register with pf, is it possible or from all employees can i deduct PF and some are already having PF account with other employer they joined my organization is required to take other account or transfer of pf is possible to link with my organization. Dear sir pls tell the information in detailed calculations of pf also required thank you sir

10 April 2016 Leave the employees drawing more than 15000 from PF. Transfer/link those employees having PF account with other employer.

1 No need to pay PF for employees drawing more than 15,000.
2 You can transfer PF of ac of your employees from other establishment if already have one.
