Whether PF is attracted to Leave Encashment?
If Yes, Kindly so mention the Section.

Hi
PF can be dedutible on Earned leave encashment only when it is encashed during employement.It is at the option of Company but at the time of retirement or otherwise no PF is deductale on Leave encashment.
