hi Sandeep, Can u plz tell me the section which says that there will be no short-term capital gain or loss if block exists? I think Section 50(1) doesnot say that there will be no short-term capital gain or loss if block exists. -

Hello Mr. Sandeep Regarding the query of Home loan which you resolved. There is a clarification that interest is never allowable u/s 80C in any cicumstances. 80C is for the principal amount not for interest. Rahul Arora
