what to do in case of if the GST no.is issued in the name of Prop. ?
we have issued bill with the name of his Firm .

06 April 2018 GSTIN is pan based so if firm is proprietorship obviously the GST number will be based on pan of the prop.
Legal name is PAN based of person and trade name is the proprietorship concern name as selected at the time of registration.
