15 May 2017 Can a company secretary in practice sign project report for loan or finance from bank or only CA is authorised ?

16 May 2017 A Project Report is report of future projection
neither a CA nor a CS can sign a project report as the same is related to future
and a person cannot certify the uncertain figures

17 May 2017 Thks . Now its clear that I can prepare project report but what figures we use for projections .....from the last year's return or only expected return from the asset for which loan is applied ? And what if current year 'return is pending ?
