fill the form 1 & form 2 alongwith id and address proof of directors and company. Enclose with registration certificate, MOA, AOA, partnership deed, Rental agreement, Bank Details, employees list with salary details. Registration fees Rs.2500 DD. pls approach with the dept. you may get registered within a week time.
