Professional tax

The company is incorporated but not yet stated its business and also not having the employees on its roll, whether the compnay has to register for profession tax and whether to pay Professional tax of the company ? This is for Maharashtra State

Mr Yogesh. Profession Tax is levied by state. It would be easy to check , if you please mention the state. Regards
