grant in 2006 (till 2006 from 2000 all teachers did job without salary)
till date they had not pt no.
now we will applied how much amount paid as pt ?? penalty???

If the institution is registered in Maharashtra, u can opt for the Amnesty Scheme 2016 and pay the dues for the last 3 Years and regularise it. All the dues prior to 01.04.2013 will be waived provided the application is made before 30.09.2016. Kindly go through the scheme available on the website.
