Please guide me on the following with reference to the relevant section no. of any act; if possible.

Thanks in advance:

Mr. A is chartered accountant. Mrs. A; wife of A, having education qualification of B.Com.; carrying consultancy firm of proprietary concern.

Now my questions are:

1. Can Mr. A do part time job with practice simultaneously?
2. What are the limitation or restriction imposed on CA when he do part time job along with practice?
3. Can Mr. A be a part time employee of his wife’s consultancy firm?
4. Can Mr. A give visiting card of his wife’s firm to various person of the city by hand or by courier?
5. Whether it amount to direct or indirect advertisement or solicitation by CA?
6. Mrs. A specify service of such kind on her visiting card: “get your accounts audited by CA” and “get CA certificate of on required matter”?
7. Can Mr. A accept such kind of audit assignment or issue such certificate?
8. If Mr. A has passed all the requirements of becoming a practicing CA but he has not applied for COP or of Membership of ICAI.
a) Now can he do practice of income tax, vat, excise, custom, service tax, project report etc.?
b) Whether can he now advertise?
c) Whether after grand advertisement for 5 years, can he apply for COP & Membership of the ICAI?
