how to register a private limited company for profession tax? what are the formalities and procedures? which is the required form? what details are to be attached alongwith form?Are directors of the company required to be registered along with Company? If yes what is the form no?

Professional tex one type of state govt tex.it is company duty to deduct tex from employee,s salary and deposited on or before schedule date to dept of commercial tex. please approach to your jurisdiction superintendentt of commercial tex for professional tex registration.
